WOOOOOOOOOOW DA TOTALLY ruined the quality in this what a bummer!My title-making skills are even BETTER in the morning!
ANYWAY art trade with the SUPER-lovely . It features her wendigo beastie Riven being creepy atop a sort of Mayan-esque stair-pyramid sort of.... thing. Clearly Mayan pyramids are like 60 feet tall. Though this is apparently a thing for me . still like that picture ahaha.
Aaaand yes. Again, when I pull backgrounds directly out of my ass, the colors are absurd. What do.

Holy wow. 
...okay, this background is so much of a person it practically has a national insurance number. And I don't know what the pink texture is in the foreground but it is AWESOME and fits in so well with the character and the feel of the piece.
AND THEN. There's Riven, looking all menacing with his wings up and with the tail all curling and the feeler things flowing everywhere and the fluffy deep-pile detail on his furry bits (you made it so fluffy I would want to stroke it, except that I would get my hand bitten off)

AHHHH YES I'm so glad you like it! The background isn't really like my normal stuff, like it's more crazy colors than details and even attempting realism, so I'm glad you like it!
