Dominic knew the tale all to well, during the fall of 2017 the Vermont Yankee nuclear power plant had a massive meltdown covering most of new England and northeastern Canada with heavy radiation, the aftermath made most of that area a wasteland. The US government and help from governments around the world tried to evacuate the area and cordon it off. with their joint effort the "neutral zone" was established. Rumors soon circulated of strange creatures and some even speculated that world governments were using this "zone" as a black site for scientific experiments. it was those strange tales and rumors of scientific discovery, adventure and fortune that brought Dominic to the wretched place. his team was to sneak in and report on anything they might find. it was soon after he entered Vermont that he found something he qualified as strange.After a quick scan he quickly got on the radio to the rest of his team"I think I might of found something..."
this is a quick little 1/35 diorama heavily inspired by the game series "S.t.a.l.k.e.r." most of the elements are pretty random, this is what went into this one: the jeep is a Tamiya model kit, the figure is a modded zvezda figurine ,the base is a flat rock i found, ground work is a real dirt/pastel mixture, road is made of plaster of pairs, green ooze is sealant caulking, sign and newspaper are scaled down images from the net, random bits and bobs and the claw is a real spur from one of my roosters. all in all i am happy with how this one came out and i leaned a few new things in the process. pretty good for two days worth of work and i am sure this is not the last time i do a "zone" scene.

wicked cool, that game was soo freaking mind blowing at the time! i did enjoy 4 quite a bit too but 5 and 6 were big letdowns for me. i didn't even finish 6....

They all kinda went downhill after the first two. The first one was really long and this is why RE2 was the best.

It also had different story lines which was a bonus. I hear the game play in the new one kinda blows? The new games may look better but what's the point if the game play sucks?

IMO 6 really sucks. 5 was ok but really kinda middle of the road generic action game. plus no zombies. 6 right from the get go its explosions and mash this button and press X during the cut scene.so much ammo and heath just laying around, after about 2 hours i called it quits.

One thing I liked about the early games was the third person shooter. I can't stand the first person shooters where all you see is a gun. Same thing with any driving game, hate the cockpit view. I like to be able to see what is around me and trying to sneak up from behind. First person anything blows.

i beg to differ XD i LOVE some FPS and grew up of wofenstien and doom. but i do really like 3 person as well. with RE i really like the survival/horror but now a days they are trying to much to be like call of duty and crap. too much action not enough white knuckle survival.

They really suck! They think you are going to burn copies and bootleg their bullshit merchandise that they make billions on. When you buy something, you expect it to work without having to dismantle your computer to play a stupid game. Totally lame.

Totally lame! they treat paying customers like criminals, which in turn encourages people to bootleg their crap. i like steam but even then i am kinda old school and really like having a freaking disk and little booklet.

No kidding! Everyone is a criminal in their minds. I have never bought bootleg anything except for moonshine which is illegal in the first place. The box and book always comes in handy for storage. I know a lot of people that will never buy EA games ever again.

god do i hate them, i never buy/download bootlegs, i try to support the developer. with EA stuff, i dont buy pc and never new for console that way its gamestop that taking my cash not them. its sad cause they do have some talented developers but are just a really shitty publisher. they are one of the BIGGEST reason games and quality has gone down hill over the last few years.

Yep! I don't even buy the sports games anymore and that is their bread and butter. I used to buy the Sims and Command and Conquer games but never again. Sims 3 never bought and Generals was the last C&C purchased. They kinda F'ed themselves with many loyal customers.

yup me neither, i use to buy all the NHL's but haven't in years. i do have the sims 3 but none of the expansions. cant stand that "hey give us some money so you can have some tables and other random shit we made!", ohhhh and give us more money three months latter.i hear they really screwed up simcity witch is really really sad, i love SC since i was a wee boy(and learned a ton form it) i still cant believe they made SC a forced always on the net multilayer game!

Sim City is pretty cool. The box set of six for 20 bucks is a bargain. Have not bought any sports games since 2,008 and do not plan on it. I love hockey but NCAA football is really what I love to play. The 2,008 version that is. I do play multionline anything and could care less about an eight year old kicking my ass.

yea it really is sad. plus too many games are coming that are just bad or mediocre but get 90 or whatever. on top of all that we get day 1 dlc and pushed to per-order. i never per-order anymore, not gonna pay for an unknown product but man are they push as hell everywhere i go to put money down and shit.

The #1 I have comes with a double disk with London as a second city. Freakin hilarious! London is almost better than NY/NJ. Really good times. lol
