I felt like making a young-adult mermaid. No rhyme or reason to it, no backstory or personality. However, I'd be lying if I said I didn't want to contribute to the #MerMayChallenge for 2019 in some way.
I wish I could make her larger on the background (fill out the picture with her a bit more), and tilt her more diagonally so that she was looking forward rather than upwards. Seashells could be a bit larger too.
