The mouth/jaw work on this creature is absolutely fantastic. The design is so plausibly biological and wonderfully alien - and just plain cool. The entire creature is magnificently well designed. All your extraterrestrial work is quite good, but, without exaggeration, the quality here is good enough to be featured in a film (I wish it were; this would be so cool to see on screen).

Dude! I'm always amazed by the mandible designs you come up with... they're always the perfect combination of functional and recognizable, but still alien. Mouths are always so difficult for me. Where do you get your inspiration from?

Honestly I usually just scramble up animal faces haha, sometimes I see a piece of wrinkly clothing or something that looks like a head to me and will draw that...
