He is in the semi-truck that is at the end of the railroad tracks... after he left the truck stop where we had met up at he got back onto the turnpike, which happens to be the next street over from the County Road where the truck stop is located at. So I stood on the track and waited for his truck to pass over the bridge which is over top of the train tracks that I was standing on. I'd tried to do it once before a month ago when him and I had met up at the same truck stop but I missed him being in the center of the railroad tracks. (Don't feel bad for not understanding... I have a hard time explaining it to people in person... seems to be a hard concept to grasp....
