First, the photo is laid out well. Offset to the right third, with the flow of the fabric helping to form the layout staple: the visual triangle, with that gorgeous red hair as its apex.
The color is similarly well thought out. White background, pale fabric, pale skin, which causes the hair, lips, eyes and rose to stand out all the more. Thus the focus of the photo is now (again) a triangle, formed of the hair on either side of your face, with its apex the rose in your hands.
Tone depth is good, shadows and highlights fully realized, with little or no burnout.
I find this to be a lovely shot, and an excellent resource: beautiful face, floral accent, lovely drapery.

Beautiful, astonishing, and simple yet gorgeous.
This shot is innocent; your expression isn't about looking beautiful, but fresh and young, being as alive as the rose in your hands.
I love the colors in this; only shades of red & white. The two things that stand out beautifully are the two that the picture is trying to compare: The rose, and your hair -YOU.
I've seen so many pictures of you, and they're all beautiful, but there's something extraordinarily wonderful about this one, and it is the way you look like the rose; as if you're the rose come to life.
I only wish your hair was dancing on both sides of your face, but it would only make it better because this is already amazing.
