So there are like a gazillion reasons that I drew this picture, among which are:-I am obsessed with Doctor Who!
-Matt Smith's amazing face!
-New Copic markers~ So, practice.
Also, I have heard a lot recently that drawing daily really helps one improve. So... I'm attempting that. We'll see, but I will do my best!!! 8-D
(Also, in general, but especially because I am new to Copics, please give Constructive Criticism~ Thanks!)

His face looks a bit off and I think it might be because his eyes are a bit far up on his head. Matt Smiht has got the hardest face in the world to draw! But the hair is spot on, and I love the style and his outfit.

I agree with Shorttrumpetchick, the face looks a little off; overall it's great though.

Looks great. Love your use of copics and your coloring.
One criticism I could mention is that the facial structure is a little too slender. Matt Smith has a clearly defined chin. You should show that in the outline. Also, his eyes are a little too round. Both of these things give him an overall feminine look.
Love the suit and the bow tie. Very nice use of outline and texture.
