Your welcome! n__n
Dirty joke? My mind is to pure to get it. This seems innocent enough.
...And the smug look on Snape's face as he's pulled away by Lily... XD

I seriously don't know what Lily saw in that guy. I STILL think Harry is really Snape's kid. It explains SO much...

Yeah, but it's constantly mentioned that Harry looks just like James but he has Lilly's eyes, which is why Snape hates Harry (or at least that's what he says anyway.) However, I think it's unbelievable that Harry would look just like James, children aren't essentially clones of their parents, there's too many genetic factors that aren't even limited to the parents, there's also grandparents, great grandparents, Aunts, Uncles etc. Harry could have some prominent traits that make him look like James but I'm sure there's differences if you paid close enough attention. Plus, there's the whole psychological affect, if everyone's told Harry looks just like James then that's what they're going to think and see.
It never ceases to amaze me how much Snape and Harry act alike. Harry almost got placed in Slytherin and he acts a lot like one, especially as the series progresses, he also acts a
lot like a Gryffindor as well, but Lilly's Gryffindor so Harry could've gotten Slytherin from Severus and Gryffindor from his mother Lilly, which would explain why he's a hybrid of the two, a "Slythindor" or a "Gryfferin." This combination of house traits is powerful, not only can he be cunning and ambitious, he can also brave and loyal. Harry is also full of angst and anger, suffers from bouts of depression, often treats his friends poorly even though he loves them more than anything, instantly learns from the Half-Blood Prince book written by young Severus, was abused and neglected as a child etc. About the only thing he got from James other than his supposed looks was his Quidditch skills. How Harry end up with James' looks, Lilly's eyes and Snape's personality is beyond me, it's almost like he got his genes from James, Severus and Lilly, which doesn't make any sense.
Even Harry admitted that his dad was jerk and couldn't figure out why his mom fell in love and married him. Apparently, James grew up and changed a lot by the time they got married but they were still pretty young I think. Of course, Severus had to mess things up with Lilly so she didn't want anything to do with him.

........... Huh. o.o
I always attributed the Slytherin bit to being Voldemort's horcrux, honestly...

ItΒ could be but I like to think that it's a natural part of his personality, I think itΒ make him more interesting (just because he has Slytherin characteristics doesn't mean he's evil.) I have a theory that the horcrux and connection with Voldemort may have amplified and tainted characteristics that were already there. There's evidence that a horcrux just amplifies what's already there, like how Harry's connection with Voldemort in the 5th book made him more depressed but the depression and trauma was already there or how when Ron was wearing the horcrux in the 7thΒ book it just amplified his anger but he was already had a temper. This shows that the affects of a horcrux cannot create something, it can only amplify what's already there.

...... Those're pretty solid points... o.o
I don't think it really amplified anything in Hermione though, cuz I think she had to hold the Horcrux too at one point, right?

yeah! it's a much more comfortable explaination to say it's in his dna than to say he wants to marry his mother's look-alike...but then james must have liked redheads too...oh well, who doesn't? redheads are hot! <3
