I always wondered why they didn't use a Pheonix down on Aeris... o_o; anyways, I blame Cloud on it XD And yes, it -HAD- to be Cid to tell him that

Lol... I heard this thing.. and I guess it makes sense... o_O; I was told that Aeris couldn't be revived because whoever died by the blade of Sephiroth cannot be revived!

A phoenix Down wouldn't have worked because in battle, you'll see it revives a character from being KO'd, or Knocked Out. The enemies KO the party first and then move in for the kill. Aerith wasn't KO'd, she was killed.

Was I the only one who thought that when you're HP runs out, all that happens is all your characters pass out? I had always just sorta figured that after Aerith died and nobody did anything about it...

when in final Fantasy, a person "dies" they're just knocked out. Well, at least in ffvi. But still, it's Final Fantasy, it's not suposed to make sense.

the characters are K.o'd or knocked out in battle And Phoenix downs just wake em up Aeris died so a phoenix down wouldn't work but if you really want her back you could always use a cheat code there are thousands of em which'll bring her I think there's even one to add Zack to the party but the game will start skipping

It's an old piece of work. Might remake it properly. Plot'll remain the same though. Just the art and choice of wording.
