Haha, I wanted to do something like that for a very long time XDI think there are many manga with very similar characters.
So here is what I chose:
Zero Kiryu = Ichigo Kurosaki
Yuuki Cross = Rukia Kuchiki
Kaname Kuran = Byakuya Kuchiki (I think it's so funny that in both stories they seem to be Yuuki/Rukia's brother but in the end are not) XD
Kaien Cross = Kisuke Urahara
Hanabusa Aidou = Renji Abarai
Akatsuki Kain = Yasutora Sado
Sayori Wakaba = Orihime Inoue
Takuma Ichijo = Toshiro Hitsugaya
Senri Shiki = Uryu Ishida
Seiren does she have a second name?) = Soi Fon
Juri Kuran = Yoruichi Shihoin
Sosuke Aizen = Rido Kuran
I couldn't think of a pairing for Rima and Ruka.... but I'm not that fluent with Bleach anymore...

Actually Yuuki and Kaname actually are brother and sister... Apparently because they're purebloods that's a usual thing.

It could just be me, but I think Seiren is more like Nemu. Very submissive and with that quiet, mysterious, air.
Except for the fact that Kaname isn't Mayuri...yeah..
and aidou looks like a blonde Toshiro, what with the eyes and the ice and stuff.
