Abstract design is wonderful... I think color scheme not fit well. A dark cold blue looks much better in my opinion. But there's lots of dark-cold-blue abs. over there, so this is a different color approach...

Yea, I agree with the comment *mesme8 made... The depth of field effect is very interesting, but is overused in the top one.
