I generally don't like art of DBZ characters that deviates too strongly from Toriyama's style -- not because I don't like other styles, but because it's very rare to see differently-styled art that still resembles the DBZ characters. However, you really hit the nail on the head with this one.

Very good job with the more angular style. It's still undeniably Vegeta. I don't know whether this is your personal style or something you're just trying out, but you do a really excellent job with it.

Expression and posing is great. Very straightforward and confident.

Good bhoice of background color; it really makes the foreground pop. That being said, though, I'm not sure why you chose the purple tint to the hair. The only time Vegeta has ever had a tint, it was dark dark brown. So that's a little confusing. Then again, maybe brown would have clashed with the background.
