It's finally finished! But I have a feeling it lacks something....And sorry for the picture quality but I can't scan it, it's huge (A1 size, I think).

This is excellent! You definitely captured David's or Dr. Who's likeness and expression. The only thing I might have done differently is to try and blend the lines better in certain areas like the background and maybe even his suit. But since it's so big, I don't know if that's possible. Don't hesitate to put pressure on the colored pencil to make the tone deeper and more saturated. Please don't think that I think there are a lot of problems or anything. Absolutely not. I think this is a great drawing! Just awesome!!!

Right.....Seeing we are on the subject of the blue suit - let's clear that up first! Assuming this is the pose taken from LOTTL promo pics, the blue suit worn it that shot did have a very faint vertical green/greyish fleck in it - in fact if you study ALL of Ten's suits hard enough, all of his suits did, you just need a keen eye to notice! Even the Human Doctors suit isn't a flat blue......
Anyway... (sad geek facts over with) The Artwork - WOW A1 - firstly any A1 in coloured pencil is a challenging task, it's a big old size, so well done!
If anything at all I would be tempted to suggest that the colour of the Tardis and the suit are different shades of blues, the tardis is a little less saturated - Then again, when you see the shots I'm not sure it would give you the depth you require. His eyes are also very hazel brown and quite piercing and large and maybe just a tinge more hue on his lips.
Course you could say...WTF is she on about and leave well alone...either way, good on ya!

And regarding the suit, I admit I don't study Doctor's suits with a magnifying glass. I know the TARDIS has a bit different colour but there's no tardis-blue-coloured-pencil in my box, yeah I know, I could've mixed it but I'm not really good at it. Practice makes perfect and there's definitely a lot of practice ahead for me

It's beautiful, but I think I might know what you're missing; pinstripes? Either that, or they're just hard to see on this paper with colored pencil.
