Significant People:

Setta: Empress (President when The Return of the Providencers is going)
Mina (Not introduced yet): Closest fellow Scientist.
Valkyn Team: Fairly distant, but still significant friends in her life.
Farn: Mate (Courting Partner when The Return of the Providencers is going)
Mortala: Mother
Fenrir: Father

Personality:

Mihara, like most Nature Dragons, is very happy go lucky. She's well known for being an extremely kind and trusting dragoness, even more so than most other Nature Dragons within the galaxy. She is woefully oblivious to romantic relations, and could not tell one, even if it was going on right in front of her. The only exception to this, is Farn; being as she was the one that initiated that relationship. All things aside; she may be oblivious to romance around her, but she loves to watch it develop. Mihara is the type of dragoness to shift the blame onto herself, if it saves those she cares for, from getting punished; she'll gladly take any punishments in their place, up to a certain point. She's also very oblivious to... Wrongdoing around her, rarely actually seeing the 'evil' within others, which has gotten her in many sticky situations in the past, including a long period of slavery with the Kulnami.

Backstory:

Mihara was born aboard a Federation Expeditionary Vessel, the F.S.V. Radiant. Her parents, Mortala and Fenrir were crew members onboard the Radiant, which was, at the time, surveying a Wormhole near the Regulon system. At the time, her parents hadn't planned to name her Mihara, but several members of the crew, who were close to the pair, suggested Mihara, which Mortala in particular liked, since it was the name of one of the ancient archive-ships of the past.

As she'd grown, Mihara had rather-easily lived up to her namesake; she was quickly seen as a fairly beautiful dragoness; in no way a comparison to an Adyat, but at least somewhat good looking for a Basic-Dragon. She'd also shown fairly major leadership qualities, early on in her life. She'd matured and bloomed very quickly, into a very strong leader, and when she was in her teenage years, began to allow her intelligence to really shine, solving problems that she considered 'fairly easy', but the rest of the science teams on the Radiant had severe troubles understanding; this gave her, a major reputation for rapidly becoming among the smartest dragons in Axonar.

And then, on her twenty-fifth birthday, Mihara published a very famous report through the secured Holo-Net. The name of said report, virtually any inhabitant of Axonar will know; the Verizon Report.

The Verizon Report was a report that focused on uncovering the secrets of an ancient construct around the Regulon System; the Verizon Device. It'd been the subject for heated debates in the scientific community for hundreds of years. Mihara had persuaded the captain of the Radiant to take her device, and she'd spent weeks with the Radiant's labs, trying to uncover the secrets of the device. Eventually, she did. The device was revealed to have two major uses; it was a massive construct, of two massive particle cannons - later called Particle Collider Borer Cannons by the Federation - with untold firepower to completely disassemble vessels, and absorb anything metallic within them. While this discovery was a major deal for the Radiant, being as Setta immediately dispatched a ship to recover the device for Federation usage the moment Mihara told the captain, and he relayed it... The major discovery here, was a resource-map of the galaxy, showing a specific resource - later called Catalyn Crystals - which, according to Mihara, could be used, with special devices, to render a ship completely invisible from the universe, just like the Verizon Device had been for the longest of times.

This report, was the key to the Draconic Federation becoming the presiding dominant power over stealth-warfare, since the Empire rapidly secured the Catalyn Crystal deposits, and - using the designs that Mihara managed to recover from the device - created the first, fully working cloaking device, pushing their navy gradually towards unprecedented stealth-based warfare, far exceeding the capabilities of the other powers for a long time. The report also cemented Mihara's reputation in the universe, for being the smartest inhabitant within it.

A few years later, however, things took a turn for the worst for Mihara. The Radiant was ambushed by a massive Kulnami armada, and the scientists taken prisoner by the Kulnami, including Mihara and her parents. The Kulnami treated her terribly, using all manner of torture methods to make her work for them; these included the abuse of her parents until she agreed, and other such things. Eventually, Mihara agreed to do as the Kulnami wanted, mainly to stop the pain her mother in particular, was being put through. Mihara was a slave for almost eight years, forced to advance the technology of the Kulnami by an extensive amount. During the time, however... The Kulnami used fear to make her work, which resulted in the death of Fenrir, greatly affecting both Mortala, and Mihara herself.

Three years prior to the return of the Progenitor, Setta and the Qwaar, as well as a large fleet of Federation vessels, had found the location that Mihara was being held at, and raided it, capturing the Kulnami research institute with little issue, and freeing the scientists imprisoned there; there were a lot more than just Mihara and Mortala, a lot of dragon and human scientists were being held there. With them all three, Setta offered a much safer posting on the most secretive station in the galaxy to all of the scientists; Valkyn Station. Most of the scientists agreed, Mihara included. Mortala, however, declined; she wasn't a massive fan of stations, and would much rather serve aboard a starship instead, and reassured Mihara that she'd be fine alone.

Mortala was stationed onboard the Valour, as its chief-scientific officer, while the rest of the scientists migrated to Valkyn Station, with Mihara being placed in charge of the facility by Setta, and her life went fairly well after that.

And then, she heard the news; the Axonarrian Cold War, had begun...
