I am actually a qualified fashion designer I finished school in 2012.
My outfit designs are NOT F2UToday was not the 1st time someone took the liberty and just used on their OC one of my outfit adopt designs without permission and by permission I mean as they NOT purchased the design to be able to use. Someone else paid for it, so everytime someone take my outfit adopt without paying for the permission to be able to use on their OCs you not just steal from me but from a person who PAID for the rights to use the design!
My works are NOT F2U just these: BUT under control and ONLY inside my :iconNunukes: closed species! Only Nunukes and Nunuke hybrids can use these for free. Other than that every outfit design of mine was created and sold for profit and has an owner.
Please look at if a base or adopt is F2U (free to use) and if F2U than under what rules! You can always look at an artist's works if they offer open adopts,customs and support them.

You are allowed to use on any gender of your OCs. It's 2018.
Credit me/or mention me when you or anyone else draw your OC wearing my outfit designs. I have a fav folder for these art.
In rare cases you can co-own an outfit (example: school uniform designed by me so you and your friend use the same outfit or slightly change it ) but you must notify me about co-owning.
You are allowed to trade or gift away an outfit IF you not drawn any of your OCs in them. Re-sell Might be helpful
