I should say more than well done, but I am a bit fried from a long week.  I'll try to do better.

Seriously though, great costume.  I think this is a great take on Death.  Part of Gaiman's idea is instead of a skeletal fearsome Death, Death would be someone you'd WANT to meet at the end.  And I think you've done a good job of this.  A bit mysterious and enigmatic, a perfect bit to captivate and ease the transition.
