A bit out of my usual comfortzone with this one..

Thank you, Dominik! I’m not very familar with painting scenery - but I suppose one has to simplify a lot and put emphasis to the things the is most characteristic, ie the waiter, the red tables and the lights in the mirrors..

The watercolor is excellent, the light superb, as usual... But where are the sea? the gulls? the boats?

Thank you, Michéle..I’m sorry for the missing sea .. - but on the other hand I thought you’d appreciate a motif from La France? I can tell you I had moules for the main course - which don’t amount to a rusty boat, but still smell a bit of the sea..
