Since, so far, all people have voted for 'Moar portraits' in my poll, here's the first one: Richard Speight Jr!

Roughly 40min, used a B-pencil and ref from Tumblr c:
I'm very sadisfied with it (he was even recognized by someone who'd only watched SPN once xD), and the beard was so much fun to scribble in! -My only really big self-crit point would be his right eye since it's wonky. But the second ones usually are :/ I probably should have added a light dot even though the ref had none.

There are more sketchy ones to come, so keep an eye open! (I have loads of 10min ones but those are totally not recognizable cx )
