I think I'm going to need to take a leaf out of your book and do more experimental art, something not serious. Final finished pieces I take way too seriously and I think that tightness works against me. Gotta loosen up. Love the colors and the transparent feel of this piece. The texture in the paper really gives an idea of a cold, glacial climate. What did you use for the texture here? Noodles?

Strangely enough, I had a dream about a year ago... and these guys were chasing me. I attempted to draw them but didn't come close. You captured what I saw in my dream perfectly, it's amazing. Of course, they were chasing me through a strange maze of pipes floating among the clouds... but you get the idea. Beautiful!

This is gorgeous. The opacity of the tail end really gives it a ghostly kind of look. If i had to make a guess, i'd say the lion was a kind of water god/king, long passed away, searching for or running from something/someone they loved dearly. Very emotional, even for a 1 hour sketch
