Working on this one for the past few days
My OCs Noa & Mio ^_^ the two of them fell asleep and Noa suddenly wakes up and realizes that the time is nearly up...

Sketch: Pencil
Lineart: Digital in Manga Studio EX, used the default GPen setting and printed this on my paper with the colors only showing up lightly. I adjust the lineart while coloring by using colored pencils
Coloration: copic markers, colored pencils by various brands (prismacolor, polychromos etc.), white ink (Dr.Ph. Martin's Pen White)
Paper: DIN A4 size, Delter type BK Kent paper

This is a very lovely picture. Although I think you drew the fingers in the hand that is holding the watch a little too long and thin, I would say the rest of her is done greatly, so a very good job on that.
