I posed an interesting question to myself one day: Is it possible to design a 1920's-1930's Fleischer and Anime/Manga hybrid character that (by most beauty standards) looks at all appealing?
Well then Ladies and Gentlemen, Let me introduce you to Miss Miu. She may not the best. But Damn, is she a good try.
