Meet my newest OC (Original Character)! He is the newest addition to my fanfiction universe! He is from a game known as: Mass Effect.

===== BACKGROUND INFORMATION =====
The current Earth year is 2125. Commander James L. Shepard, a current 24 year old, enlisted in the United States Marine Corps (USMC) at the young age of 15. As of now, Earth and many other extraterrestrial alien species are going through the Eternal War. The Eternal War doesn't have an exact definition but it is believed and propagated across Earth's Solar System (ESS) and the rest of the Milky Way Galaxy that it is such a war that never actually starts or ever stops. Technology has advanced almost to the unimaginable level for Humans. They are now known as TCS's, or Technologically Compound Species.
All this means is that the Humans now use a mixture of alien-made products and man-made products. Earth's inhabitants now vary between the Humans and other more complex alien races and species. With this, the aliens and Humans formed an agreement to become allies and share each other's military-grade weaponry. This agreement was known across the universe as:
"The Narcissus Agreement"
