I thought this was River Tam, and then you tagged it "reverse drawing" which I misread as "Reavers drawing". Whether it's River or not, I like it. Does this mess with your brain, or do you adjust easily?

This is a rather interesting piece, you managed to give a naice shape and form with a minimal ammount of strokes, pretty cool. The texture is also nicely done.
Β Since there is not a LOT of details to discuss, my feedback will be mostly stylistic, so take this with a pinch of salt
The contrasts seem too big me. I would tone down or compress the values and try to round a bit more the overall shape.
Also, the perspective of the head seems a bit off in comparison to the neck, since we are not seeing half of her face, this just makes it look a bit disjointed. if this was your intention, nice!, if not i would pay a bit more attention to that..
