Description The idea of dark dirty polluted future was the main point of this picture. It shows the real future of human's world. One old man said: "I didn't see the sun since the time I was young. The blue sky. Where is it now? Does it still shine above this eternal fog? I hope to see it on my last day. I hope that my spirit would have eyes once I fly away, so I can feel it once again. My blue sky, I dream of you every day.

I wish I live in the countryside...
Sometimes I forget that outside of the city there are such a beautiful world to explore and discover...

This sort of plentiful detail combined with such subtle surrealism does a great job of sparking my imagination. Decorative cues in the way of the lattice work, the graffiti, the exterior displays and screens seem to nod at many an era in architecture and technology. This place reveals it's age in that way as opposed to the presence of dirt and grime which is something I appreciate. Exploring this sanitary ghost town certainly would make for an interesting day out. Perhaps, at the top of that space needle, an opportunity to take in some vitamin D would present itself that very same day. = )

I love your attention to the small details, what is your 3D app of choice?

...and as it seems, hes also a MAX user. I dont know if hes switching between the apps or if i just interpreted too much into the ad, but on one of his other works he has this link: [link] and from the screenshots there, i can definitely tell: Its 3dsmax.

But then again: He also mentions, that he uses mentalRay for rendering, which is common to both Maya and 3dsmax, just the implementation is kinda different.

Thanks for the reply, i saw on his site afterwards that he was using 3Ds. I'm really new to 3D so just getting started to try and render realistic stuff.

Hmmm, since there is a sign in the middle of the picture, advertising "MAYA TUTORIALS", i would assume hes a Maya user...
