I'm not sure if people actually live in those houses beneath the railroad, or if they are abandoned. But if people actually lives there... can't be too happy about it I guess xD

Edit: I found that place on Google maps and looked around by using Google street view. Some of the houses looked abandoned with graffiti all over them, to be honest it looked rather shabby. However in some buildings it definitely looked like people lived there. Like clothes hanging outside the window, flower pots outside the door...
