That's a nice goal.
And believe me, even if you draw only 15 minutes but everyday and you can improve yourself with just one line or one shade, you'll become a great artist in time. Just be patient and passionate. With you rose in ages you'll realize how important experience is. "Before and after" challenges are good way to test yourself. Draw the same thing 5 years later see how much improved yourself.
