Update 2015-08-23: In Beta 3.0, arrows were added, numbers were made monospace, and the stopwatch dingbat was added, not to mention little fixes to make this closer to the Splatoon font.
Update 2015-10-18: In Beta 4.0, the font was extended even further, not to mention missing letters corrected according to the texture rip.

Is there a way to download this on android, and use it as the default font on the phone in general? I know you can set new fonts to use on android phones, but can I download this from anywhere and use it on my home menu, etc.?

As a system font? If you jailbreak your iPad and port the font, sure.
As a Web font? Of course.
Install it for use in apps? You don't know how this works.

Hey, I'm sure this isn't the cause of your font, but I clicked "open" trying download this file and my computer crashed instantly. Then I tried to download your fonts from your other sources and my computer now crashes every time I pull up the folder that they're in. I'm not sure if you're the person to ask about this but do you know how I could get around this? The files are kind of in a folder with files I'd rather not get rid of, and I don't want to go through all this trouble just for a font. Though I'd like to use it if I still can
