Awesome! Great armour design on the knight!
But I think the orc's pallet could use a bit more variation in colour or shade, especially on the head. He's a really cool monster, but unfortunately his lack of definition makes him blend into the background a little too much, whereas the knight's silver armour and red cape make him pop right out and immediately draw eyes to him.
But I think the setup is great. The large-vs-small composition is really prominent by how close and well-scaled they are. Plus, this might be just me, but I like how his shield is pressing against the orc's stomach. The actual contact between them makes it look a lot more like they're actually fighting instead of just "dramatically posing" at each other, like a lot of fantasy artists do.

Thanks for the comment. My intent was to give the giant orc a bit of a sense of largeness so that is why he has less contrast and the pallet is a bit limited. I appreciate you taking the time for such a decent critique
