Description If you have Art Of Illusion, here are another 20 flags you can use. If you don’t have it, consider getting it. It doesn’t cost anything! I’ve had the same version (2.5) for years, so chances are these are all compatible with newer versions anyway. But you can have more than 1 copy installed at once. As the program is written in Java, you can run it on various operating systems.
Anyway, in case you haven’t seen packs 1 to 3, the reason for these was to have a flag to introduce content from that particular country in personal video related work that I did. I also decided to have the flags spin on the Y axis (up & down) and have some with other spinning elements, like the central part of the South Korean flag for instance. You can’t do that on a real fabric flag, so I thought it would be neat for something computer generated. I then decided to make more flags for the heck of it. The other thing I liked to do was make things “more 3D” looking that just being flat. If you want the background scene, you will need to grab flags pack 1, which also has tips about rotating stuff. But you can always make your own scenes for these of course. You may use these for personal or commercial purposes, but please consider crediting me if possible. (That said, thanks to all the places I got public domain imagery from, as a guide for some of these.)
The objects can be exported from AOI as OBJ files, but you’ll have to retexture everything, because most of the textures are generated internally by the program, and some meshes use layered textures too, which means that various polygons have different textures. A couple of the flags use tubes as well, so if you wish to scale them, you should convert them to a triangle mesh 1st.
All the flags should (hopefully) have a reverse image on the back where any added 3D elements are, since real flags are a mirror image from the back of course.

As it also says in the preview picture, this time I have:
1. Tajikistan
2. Canada
3. Cyprus
4. South Ossetia
5. Cambodia
6. South Africa
7. Honduras
8. Kenya - With a more 3D shield & spears
9. Argentina
10. Armenia
11. Azerbaijan
12. Kiribati
13. Myanmar
14. Vatican - Really 3D stuff for this
15. Egypt
16. Laos
17. Morocco — This has a tubular star, but you can flatten it.
18. Cuba
19. Guernsey
20. San Marino - I did just about everything in “extra 3D” here too, if you could call it that.

21 & 22: Also, be sure to check out my updated flags in packs 1 & 2 for Kazakhstan & the Hutt River Province. I’ve made these look a bit better.

You can download the flag packs from my web site: jmk.drag.net.au/ Simply click on the Downloads button on the left side, and head towards the bottom of the page. (Or you can go straight to the Downloads page: jmk.drag.net.au/downloads.html if you must.)

I hope you might find these interesting. Some of them took a lot of effort.
If you wish to contact me, check the “read me” file included with the flags. I’m not at DeviantArt on a regular basis these days, so if you don’t want to wait over a year for me to reply, this is the better option.
Anyway, enjoy!
