Well, I don't really see anything wrong with a little bit of makeup on little girls. Many girls like to have that little bit of make up. And especially when it is for a performance. So as long as it's not vulgar or on the level on Little Miss Boo-Boo (or w/e her name was), it's fine in my eyes.
