Description
My boyfriend recently gifted me Monster Hunter: Rise + Sunbreak combo, and I've been reliving the story of Kamura village with the full cast of its' colourful residents.
I love the character design, the music, the folklore-inspired monsters - the game tickles all my tastes, and after it did the Ōkami collab, I was fully convinced that the Matrix finally started unravelling (but I was stupidly happy nonetheless).
Anyway, I started this as the new pose tutorial, then got bored and transitioned to simple sumi-e, then decided to draw both sisters and added way too much detail in the process, then I scowled, and then I finally settled on the less-simplified-but-still-stylised Minoto on her own.
If you spent a ridiculous amount of the time in the gathering hub accepting quests from her like I did, then chances are, you know this song by heart. If not, give it a listen. It's a lovely piece
