:The Bioterrorism Security Assessment Alliance, or BSAA for short, is an organization founded by the Federation of Pharmaceutical Companies (Global Pharmaceutical Consortium) at the request of the U.S. Federal Government. Officially backed by the United Nations, their main purpose is to combat and prevent bio-terrorism.
One of their duties is to track down B.O.W.s and other viral weaponry developed by Umbrella that is being illegally sold on the black market to various bio-terrorists.
The BSAA have advanced technology and a number of skilled personnel in their ranks. There are branches stationed around the world, including Africa, Europe, and America.
Members of the BSAA receive special training to combat B.O.W.'s and the infected, which sets them apart from the regular military. The BSAA headquarters are located in England.

L'Alliance d'Évaluation de la Sécurité Bioterroriste, ou AESB ou BSAA en anglais en abrégé, est une organisation fondée par la Fédération des Sociétés Pharmaceutiques (Consortium Pharmaceutique Mondial) à la demande du Gouvernement Fédéral des États-Unis. Officiellement soutenu par les Nations-Unies, leur objectif principal est de combattre et de prévenir le bioterrorisme.
L'une de leurs tâches consiste à retrouver les armes biologiques et autres armes virales développées par Umbrella qui sont vendues illégalement sur le marché noir à divers bioterroristes.
Le BSAA ont des technologies de pointe et un certain nombre de personnel qualifié dans leurs rangs. Il y a des succursales dans le monde entier, y compris en Afrique, en Europe et en Amérique.
Les membres du BSAA reçoivent une formation spéciale pour combattre les A.B.O. et des infectées, ce qui les distingue des militaires réguliers. Le siège social de BSAA est situé en Angleterre.
