So this is in honor of that one Evil Togepi... and also, in Pokemon Go from the team rocket grunts pokestops, I've battled 3 in the past 2 days and I have missed out on getting an evil Omanyte, Misdreavus and Sandshrew because I suck at only throwing a few pokeballs (4 total primer balls! My favorites too!!)

Also, I didn't really feel like drawing Cleffa. I dunno why, so I skipped one and drew Togepi instead, in honor of the pokemon I missed getting at the Team Rocket Grunt Pokestops.

I'm happy with the way this turned out and also super unhappy with it. I like how the top part of it looks almost like graffiti art, but the bottom half... needs work. I don't know what it is, my penmanship? Or whatnot, but I need to practice pen shading.

I do not own Pokemon, the Pokemon Company International, Togepi or anything else awesome. Just my own art.

On: H.P. Bristol Paper.
Materials: Sumo Grip 0.5 Mechanical pencil, Sakura Micron pens 0.3, 0.5, and Brushed India Ink.
