Description I made this originally to be the background image for my website. (Coming soon!!) But I actually am pretty pleased with this piece, I fel that it can stand on its own as well!

im thinking about getting a tattoo of a lady with water hair and i was thinking of using this as the picture if its ok, and slitly modify it to make it smaller and not so spread out?

It's just so gorgeous! The colors are fantastic and vibrant, not to mention that she looks beautiful! I'm so jealous that you have Painter IX! Just out of curiosity where did you purchase it, and how much did it set you back? Truly excellent work!

Thanks very much! I actually got Painter IX brand new on ebay for $100. I've been trying to get photoshop, but it's just impossible to get that program for a decent price. I bought Painter about a year ago tho, so it's probably even cheaper now.
