Whoa! Is that Gangreen Gang or did "The Bachelorette" got more diverse with it's contestants?

They clean up rather well for a batch of Junkyard dwelling hoodlums, don't you think?
Although there were a few things they got from the dump/junkyard to use for their glow-up, such as the hidden back-brace Grubber is wearing to keep him in his sophisticated form a lot longer, Billy's top hat, and the monocle (probably one of the Mayor's spare ones that he stupidly threw away).
(Everything else, they bought with their bounty hunting money)

Why are they so gussied up for you may ask? Well, a certain Triple B (blonde, buxom, beauty) that they know, invited all of them to be her Plus Ones at the Policemen's Ball to surprise everyone (especially Tywan, the squadron, and The Powerpuff Girls) with their transformations (and she heard that the Gangreen Gang never got invited to parties or any special occasions, so she also wants to makes this special for the boys for this will be the first party someone actually invited them to come & join in).

Go ahead, ladies, pick your favorite guy & go dancing and mingling with him.
