yeaaah, remember this show?!I don't like to pull the whole, "back in my day" thing...but comparing this main character to icarly....it kinda makes me sad where female role models have gone since then

Loved that Show! Yeah,I remember Alex Mack.I don`t think I could ever forget Alex Mack.Yeah,it makes me sound like I`m 45 or 50-years-old(and I`m a lot of years aways from being either) but I feel like kids and young teens and teens today just aren`t getting a lot of the great quality- Live-Action and Animated Shows that were out back in the 1980s and 1990s.
Alex Mack was a great,empowered,independent,strong female character and I think she was one of those characters that were a good model of the whole Girl-Power-mould.Young girls could do a hell of a lot worse than looking to Alex Mack as a role model,that`s for sure.
Youreonaswitch,I don`t think the Actress playing Annie(Meredith Bishop) was Asian nor even Half-Asian(to my knowledge,anyway),but it almost looked like she could have been Half-Asian.Meredith Bishop is white(to my knowledge),but yeah,as Annie she had very dark hair and looked almost..exotic,which Alex,who was still cute,did not.
Great show.Great picture.Like I`ve said before,Alex Mack should get Rebooted in some way,some shape or some form,someday.

Melissa Joan Hart (as herself, Clarissa, and Sabrina), Larisa Oleynik (as Alex Mack), and Chrissy Carlson Ramano (as Kim Possible) would the be the primary female heroes who were the stars to their own programs, as opposed to being tied to a group (for even Wonder Woman and Batgirl had their groups they associated with) or simply being second-tier to a male lead.

The best show from snick, in my opinion. I just finished watching the whole series on my computer a couple of days ago. I always wanted to be alex mack and have those powers. So much fun to be had with them. And it was nice to have shows with an underlying story through out, instead of 30 min. almost non relating events.

nah XD every generation has their own shows that they grew up with! Though I asked my dad if looney tunes was -ever- new, and he said no...it was still old for him as a kid

Kids these days have no clue. They're all into their Hannah Montanas to appreciate a REAL teenage heroine like Alex Mack.
Powers aside, Alex was someone we could actually relate to. She was simply trying to do the right thing whenever she could. None of this obsession with boys or dates or status.
I love the style and perspective, and the pose simply exudes a sense of attitude. Can you do more of her?

NYAaah! This brings back so much memories! It aired in Holland with subs <3 (Thank god no dub!) Those were the days... When tv for children was subbed, nowadays they dub EVERYTHING! Horrible!

I agree. Alex Mack was one of my favorite shows. I grew up on it- and Clarissa Explains it All. Shows like Hannah Montanna and iCarly make me not want children.
