It has a very long neck, and it has two long, useless arms that end in two-toed hooves. It has a cobra torso with a banded waist. It also has four large albatross wings. It has six ostrich legs with two-toed hooves and a fish tail. The Tengre's arms are covered in snake scales, while the rest of its body is covered in delicate feathers. It is mostly off-white with mousey brown speckles, with almond sections and black highlights, while its upper body is dull yellow.
