Yep, it's Herro-Roo as a wizard, with a living hat that seems to be all the rage these days and three wands, why have just one? After looking at it, it looks like he stole some of the Guilty Gear character's clothes XD. Fear the power of the butt-star! I haven't decided whether to finish this in colored pencil or photoshop, since I actually have some pretty clean lines in this sketch.
