Done over an 11x17 Wet Ink Comic Artboard with Rotring tech pens 0.1 and a busted 0.2
If anyone is wondering how I'm able to do this, I use grids to get as close to the original image as possible. The eyes, lips and jaw lines are bit off on this one (Bad vision) Added the red background in Photoshop and thinking to actually add that red to the original.
Can't afford the statue so I have to settle for this
