It's possible. I think most people watch that kind of show to tell themselves, "People like this are even bigger douche bags than me." Most of the rest watch it to tell themselves, "People who like this are even bigger douche bags than me." Either way its about thinking you are less of a douche just because somebody else has upped the douche ante.

I can kinda relate to him but only on the anime scene. because when things get popular they explode at conventions and i lose interest in it and wont touch it till after it's calmed down.
