Again, this doesn't struck me very akita-like. The face, ears, the "cheek fluff", super tail and paws are nothing like real akita.
I like the look of his eyes, as in canon we really never get to see Riki with teenager/young adult eyes, but here it feels kind of weird since judging by the scars this is the adult Riki, leader of Ohu. One of his most noticeable traits is his stoick appearance, and those eyes doesn't give me "stoick leader" vibe.
But ignoring all the things that bother me, you've again managed to convey the structure of the character with quite a few details, which is pretty incredible on it's own. Like, Riki's face/head, shoulders and chest area have this depth I can't even quite explain. That is something you're really good at, and I hope you keep that trait in your art as you evolve further as an artist.
