Oh yeah definitely! Before Outbreak was released I thought Kevin was Leon until I saw his name lol but I like Kevin better than Leon though.

I think it's crazy how Capcom introduces all of these characters only to not use them again in future games and make people wonder what happened to them. Like Kevin looked like a potentially good character to use in a future title and so did the news reporter (I don't remember her name) and Billy Coen. But whatever. I think they're throwing the franchise down the drain.
