M113 A2 DK / PNMK M/92
M113 A2 DK is an armored fire-support vehicle with machine gun based on the standard M113 A2. It was in 1987 decided that the infantry should have a fire-support vehicle, and the choice fell on this rebuilt M113 A2. It has been fitted to a two-man turret from Italian Otobreda, which is equipped with a 25 mm Oerlikon Contraves-machine gun and a 7.62 mm LMG (light machine gun). Cannon has a range of up to 1500 m, a cadence of 600 shots / min. and a thermal view from Zeiss.
The Danish army was in possession of 50 PNMK'er. PNMK M/92 is phased out in Defence Agreement 2005-2009.
