I had a lot of fun painting this, there are so many colors in her skirt, to create iridescence. Of course, then I covered up most of it with sparklies... *headdesk* But I looooove sparklies... βMagicβ effects were made with a few filters and brushes, the rest is painted by me.
This is NOT a Photoshop filter, every stroke is painted by me.Related content
