Just to help you out, (because plagiarism is illegal and I am upset about this guy copying your art) if you did not know, you can report his deviation where there is a flag that says report. I am sure the staff would be more than happy to look into it, seeing that plagiarism is a crime. So sorry about this, I imagine you spent lots of hours on this work -- not to get stolen

i'm sorry for that also i didnt get any income or what with your work and i just want to show you my appreciation with your work that's why i posted it here in your profile but if its the right thing then my mistake(but i dont know if i did violate to any of your laws) and also i'm sure their are some not just me who used this picture without knowing this laws etc. i think my opinion is that if you dont want those work to be use by someone else kindly put watermarks on it or description with your post. its not also exclusively to be found here in DV. still credits to you work and wish you luck!

The rule of thumb is that unless it is stated, you always have to ask to use someone's work for something. Notice the copyright circle next to everyone's name and under the image.

idk about it also this image can also be found in google or any search engine. maybe i did something but its not that i'm using his work in gaining something else, i post here my piece using his artwork as a sign of respect i hope you get my point

you do know that it says on some of the google images in the search enginge "image may be subject to copyright" for future reference, filter the images to cc.3.0 or type up "royalty free ...."
