Beautiful work. I myself just started learning. Feel free to critique my work. I like the minimal paint on the face style. The eyes are naturally attracted to the brighter face because of this contrast. The choice of your color palate is also well done. The colors flow with each other.

That's kinda amazing. I just woke up, woke up my laptop (aha :3), and now I'm on DA.. so THIS is sorta the first thing I saw of the day. That's really awesome, it's a very communicative painting, I can feel what she feels, or be numb in front of her face with that hair floating. Plus, the colors fit perfectly together, it makes me think of the work of Albers' work with colors on squares
