Original meme: What if Character/Parents/OTP Adopted A Kid Meme

This is an old idea that I plan on keeping cause I really liked it personally ^^ And yes, I'm still planning on redeeming Stella cause I'm working on a headcanon where her and Stolas get some MUCH needed help and, in time, they do find love together.

The idea behind this is that rather than being killed by G.U.N., the gunshot mortally wounds Maria and the soldier who shot her, feeling terrible, decides to bring her to Earth to heal her wounds. However, since her grandfather had been arrested and she didn't have any parents, she ended up being brought to an orphanage after recovering. For many days, which would lead to weeks then months, she felt lonelier than she'd ever been on Space Colony ARK and snuck away from there one night (no one even knew she was there). Maria hid in the woods for a while until she was found by Stolas who, after hearing her story, decides to bring her with him to his mansion where she's warmly welcomed and accepted by the family. At some point, Stolas heals Maria of her terminal illness (he has his ways ) but she still remains physically weak; it doesn't bother as much considering she's loved by her new family.

Well, there it is. I really hope you like this cause I put a lot of thought into it. ^^
