Gender: Female
Age: 12
About: Maelona was born with out a voice and when she was growing up she realized that she was very different from all the other horses and the other younger horses noticed too. Maelona was picked on and teased most of the time, so Maelona tried to spend all her time on her own and one of the times she came across a pond full of water lilies. when Maelona found the water lily pond her white coat that she had turned blues and purples it looked like she had splashed in the water and it all stayed on her. Maelona had heard older mares and colts turned their coats but it did not ever happen to a young mare.
when a young horses coat changes they are then said to be full grown horse. Maelona could not believe it but then it sank in she was now very different. at that point Maelona decided to run away from the herd she ran until she came to the most unusual site it looked to her like a odd wolf den.
Maelona ended up meeting a strange Frigmane named Careen and her little pet Dogon o2. Maelona liked Careen and ended up staying with her. Maelona did not see any other horses for a long time and at times she misses other horses, but she was usually very happy. It was not until a wolf called Cool Misty came with a group of different animals and several of them were young horses.
Why I want her: I am writing a book and I could really use her in the second book with Careen
I will get a drawing of her up soon (if she is still adoptable)
