How do you make such long exposure shots without getting bright white spots? I tried it before as well, even with a light filter (ND 2,4,8) but I either get it too dark and poor sharpness or I get too bright and white spots which also ruins sharpness.
I do not use a tripod atm but I often make a makeshift tripod with stones around in the area. Or just put my camera on something else around and use that to keep it motionless during the exposure.
