This little known spoof of Alfred Hitchcock movies is a Mel Brooks classic called High Anxiety. My mother, the Mel Brooks specialist of our home, told me about how the thriller king himself was invited to preview the film, made absolutely no reaction whatsoever, and left without saying a word about it; but when it officially publicly premiered, he sent Mr. Brooks a fancy bottle of wine as a thank-you present.
